Cingular Wireless expelled from the Better Business Bureau

After a string of unanswered complaints, Cingular Wireless has been expelled from the Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York. Cingular has 20 unanswered complaints out of over 200 in the last three years, according to a report. "We want to set this right. We will be meeting with BBB representatives to address any outstanding issues they may have, and we will apply for reinstatement as soon as possible. It's very important for us to be a member in good standing," a Cingular spokesperson said.
